I saw I gained a few pounds over the winter, and I was concerned.

So I tried something, stop snacking. I found since I wasn't going outside and doing outdoor activities, my weight just kept on increasing. I associated my increased weight with my snaking habits, winter time I am snacking more. It seemed when I was bored, I would eat more, causing me to become overweight.

So, I cut out junk food in my snacks, and only snacked when I was actually hungry.

So far I've lost weight without exercising, or heavy diets. Woo Hoo!

Now the idea is to keep the weight off, but that might be more of a challenge than losing the weight in the first place. ;)

I Lost 4 In 7 days With drinking water

I read that sometimes people who don't drink enough water gain weight, water weight.

So, I figured if I tried drinking water, I wouldn't retain much weight, and thereby lose it. Well I was correct, it wasn't much, but a whole 4 pounds!

Now I'm not using any other weight loss program, but I figure if I did, the dieting and the extra water would really do wonders for me to lose extra pounds right off the bat.

I recommend to anyone, drink water, and enough that your body doesn't want to retain it anymore.
