I was watching a commercial about losing weight through better eating techniques, and it was about weight watches.
I tried the program, but only the food portion. Keeping a positive attitude, and increasing my activity level, I was able to loss 15 pounds!
Way to go!!!!!

I found that when I stress, I drank more coffee, and when I drank coffee I stressed more. So started drinking a tall class of water before starting to drink a new cup of coffee.
It seems the water 'filled' me up, and I didn't drink the coffee as fast. This meant I also seemed more relaxed. As a result, it seems I lost a few pounds. Amazing, but in only a week, 3 whole pounds.
Someone told me this could be water weight, but I also noticed when I stressed, I snacked with my coffee. So cutting down on coffee cut down on both my stress and my snacking habits.
So, I recommend cutting down on coffee to lose pounds fast! Or including in any diet, the reduction in coffee drinking.
