I was big, real big, and now after losing all the weight, a 100 pounds, I feel great. It has been months since I stopped trying to loose weight, and now I'm just maintaining my weight.
It seems as I got fatter, I lost the urge to do stuff. Which resulted in me getting fatter. As I got fatter, I got depressed, and tried to satisfy my desires with food. Again, I got fatter.
So I got tired of the person looking back at me from the mirror and started dieting( Just cut out the junk food, and substituted fatty foods for lighter foods), and started exercising(daily walks, bike riding, and outdoor fun activities). Soon I felt better, I saw almost no weight loss, so I didn't pay attention. After several weeks, my clothes felt baggy, and I heard a comment from some asking if I had the 'surgery'. I checked my weight, I had lost pounds. I felt good, and felt more confident of myself, and started keeping busier, and watching what I ate.
After a year, I knocked off 100 pounds, with very change to my life. It seemed an attitude change is what was needed, and now I'm liking what I see. I noticed the weight loss, and so did my friends and coworkers. Women are more interested, and I'm regaining my life I lost due to being fat.
I lost a 100 pounds, and I've kept it off!!!!!! |
