I started doing jumping jacks, nothing too hard, you can do them anywhere. So with these jumping jacks I started slow and worked myself up to some very fine sharp looking jumping jacks. Soon I felt better and felt more spring in my step. Soon I got on a weight machine and found I lost a few pounds. Now being a dude, I don't have one of those weight scales that women constantly stare at, so I have to go to places that have one.

I once walked into a gym and found one by the door so now and then I check it. It looks like I lost about 15 pounds in a month. I'm very happy, because I'm figuring it was fat, and even with a loss in weight, I had to gain muscle. So I lost even more fat than 15 pounds.
