I started this basic exercise and dieting plan, and I lost over 20 pounds in a month!
OK this is the exercise plan, some walking during lunch, push ups, jump jacks, curl ups, and simple leg squats. That's it, no big exercise equipment, just basic exercise techniques that I can do anywhere. Now I have no excuse to exercise.
Now the diet was very simple, just eliminate as much fat as possible, and substitute it with negative calorie foods. Foods that take more energy to digest than they give. Example celery, lettuce, carats, etc.
So I lost over 20 pounds in a month, and I love it! |
