I started hanging out at my friends house, and found out he has a rowing machine. I was curious about it and it was cool that I try it out. Well a few times, I started feeling real good, soon I was leaving the car behind and visiting by jogging over. Then I was jogging back. After a while I was feeling even better, so I checked my weight and I was losing some.

I continued with jogging, and a rowing machine, and moved up to cutting out the extra fat in my diet. Soon I had lost a lot of weight. 30 pounds worth. All in a month. That's right, I lost 30 pounds in 30 days. Now I look great and can't wait for summer time, this time I'll be on the beach shirtless.

Losing weight, losing fat, seems to come easy when you are motivated to feeling good. :D
